President Halford added a Finance Committee referral to CS FOR                 
HOUSE BILL NO. 216(FIN) "An Act relating to power cost                         
equalization; and providing for an effective date."                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 216(FIN) was referred to the Finance                     
Committee.                                                                     
                                                                               
Senator Pearce, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Finance Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                      
NO. 216(FIN).  Without objection, it was so ordered.
